Week 5 — Burnout Risk → Resilience Sustainable practices for high-stakes roles. Building the kind of resilience that holds under real pressure — not performative wellness.

    Every session is recorded. You'll have access for life. If you can't make a session live, you can still submit a question for the Q&A in advance.
  • How big is the cohort?
    Capped at 10 women. Small enough for real conversation, big enough to feel like a group.
  • Will I get 1:1 time with Jess?
